Hi everyone, this is to be the first of hopefully many posts of where i'll be going.
So, I got back to Varanasi from Delhi on the 28th and the first few days of settling were pretty grueling with the crazy heat and all the stuff we had to move. I had a heat rash for a bit but now it's going away. i think I'm finally getting used to the sweating all the time. It's nice coming back but everything seems a lot smaller now. Everyone says I got a lot taller but I didn't think I grew so much. Anyway, this place hasn't really changed as much as I thought it would, which is actually kinda nice. It's been cloudy and not as hot for the past couple of days which is really nice. My sister surprised me completely by showing up here and we're gonna go travelling together before I leave. I've seen some familiar birds and the monkeys and dogs and cows are everywhere. Also, a brief altercation between a monkey and a frog which was quite interesting.
